Front desk staff is completely uneducated in all things medical- and they do NOT have any kind of costumer service skills. I can not say anything about the rest of the staff since I didn't want to proceed any further after having a horrible first impression with the reception staff. The front staff is the face of any business, so if that is the first impression I get- I will not be going there.
Great and friendly staff!! Dr. Q is so wonderful with our puppy. Fair prices and they have an annual puppy plan where you can save more money by paying for the plan in advance and then those services become included during your future visits. Best of all, the plan works at both - Windermere and Dr. Phillips locations!!
Such nice staff and doctors. Treat our two French bulldogs with great care. Plus they are affiliated with Dr Phillips Animal hospital which is open until 11 pm
We cannot thank Dr Qasim enough. We thought we were going to have to say our goodbyes to our sweet kitty. It was Monday morning after the hurricane and we had no where to turn. Dr Qasim met us at the Windermere facility which had power. Took care of kitty and like magic our kitty came back to life. We can't thank him enough for putting on his Superman cape and saving kitty.
My Savannah is only alive because the Dr. and his amazing assistants really care and take the time to love and treat her illnesses. ....He is truly a dedicated and brilliant Veterinarian. ...caring and very affordable. ....Thank you for all you do to take care of my girls. ...especially after losing my husband. My grief is unbearable and I can't lose any of my furry family..... I have 3 dogs and a cat and they take care of all of them. They are all rescues...when you rescue older pets you don't know their medical history and so you start from scratch. .. but the Dr.takes the time and is so knowledgeable he figures out through only necessary tests what is the issue. I can't say enough about his staff...AMAZING! Caring and knowledgeable. ...do yourself a favor put your mind at ease. ...only go to Windermere Veterinary Services. ...
