Convenient location. Had one package lost that I sent from here, not sure if it was the fault of those who worked here or not, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I need my mails, and when necesserie please delivery my mail to my neighbor 13267 Penhusrt Ln ( José and Morelvy).
We have not been receiving mail since March/17, I already went to the post office 9300 Conroy ten days ago and nothing, I have two bank card lost for this action, It wasn't returned to the send, and I not autorized pick up my mails, because, I dont't recive much mails!
I went to this location last night as they're open until 6:30. I needed to send a package Priority mail. When I arrived Ken asked if he could help me. He walked me through the entire process...quick and easy with his help. Ken - you were awesome, thank you!
This is a very busy post office and they employees really help you when you need extra help on sending your mail. They always seem pleasant when I come in to mail things.
I was also mistreaded by the employee there.
